This witch has traded her broom for helium balloons!
Each balloon is attached to the witch by metal chains, creating a floating effect that makes her appear to be in full flight.

— The lower part (the witch) is attached to the clothing with a safety pin , preventing it from turning and ensuring that it always stays properly positioned and hangs gracefully.-Made of illustrated wood with acrylic details
